Our Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Because all subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancellations must be made through your store account settings. Al-Siraat cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.

• Android / Google Play: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Al-Siraat → Cancel subscription
• iOS / Apple App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Al-Siraat → Cancel subscription

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends. Cancellations made within 24 hours of renewal will take effect from the following billing period.

When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made
• You keep full access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period

Please note that uninstalling the App or deleting your Al-Siraat account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play or the App Store, otherwise billing will continue.

One-time purchases, including token packs, are delivered to your account immediately and cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete.
